It was convenient. I wish the beds were softer and the door to the back parking lot wouldn't work, so we had to call the front desk to open our door each time.

Very clean! Staying here last night reminds me why Hampton Inn, is the best. They know how to do it right, clean rooms, well stocked, great staff.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room. Broken faucet in bathroom. Didn't offer to fix while we were staying. Unfortunately, some rooms look out at a wall so no view. Could partially remedy by having something to look at like a mural or potted flowers. We were able to change rooms.

Very nice rooms. Large bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Free shuttle. Decent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival the front desk supervisor didn't not raise her head to make eye contact to acknowledge the guest or to make herself aware of the next guest in line.. when I greeted her she never responded and continued to inform me that I had a 3rd party reservation as if I wasn't aware and processed to ask how many keys do I need. I requested additional towels because there were two guests in the room and there were only towels for one guest and the maid advised the towels in the room had to be turned in to get new ones I've had better experiences.

Could not shut the drapes on ground floor. Front desk personnel had to come to the room and mess with it to get crepe shut. Lighting poor in room. No ceiling light 3 small table lamps, 1 of which did not work, no TV channel listing card given in room, front desk did not know how to figure what channel was what, other than going through the guide on the TV. Lastly no bathtub in room, shower onlly, which was disappointing.

Convenient location, decent included breakfast, and friendly Checkin, but received no service in the room at all and clothing storage space was tight. Obviously intended for overnight stays only but we’ll worth the price.

Cable TV did not work. Property mntc. Tried for 30 minutes (I checked in at 11:30 pm). Could not fix it. Said they couldn’t do anything about a price break bcuz it was through a 3rd party. I asked about another room and Matt said they were sold out. Electrical outlets are worn out near the bed and tv (my charger and heating pad plugs just fell out). Staff was polite and tried to help. Breakfast was good. I will not stay here again. I traveled as a regional sales manager for 35 years. Our company (Altec Industries/Global Rental) stayed at many Hampton Inns. No hand sanitizer in any of the containers. Staff friendly, checkin slow due to new trainer, van provides transportation to nearby restaurants. The driver on the 4pm-10pm was so fun and friendly!
