Handicap spot was taken by a vehicle with no license or hang tag. They wouldn’t do anything about it. Neither would the police. Very disappointing.

Staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. The desk chair was reclined back, couldn't fix it. That was all that was wrong.

Very quiet and convenient. The hotel seems to have been recently updated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel was fine, but it was fairly noisy, could hear other guests arguing through the walls in the middle of the night, and the hallway smelled strongly of pot. The staff were nice. The room was clean. So was a reasonable stay, just not at the price point.

We love staying at this hotel. My girlfriend's family lives close to Haysville its not too far from their house. The only thing that we didn't like was that the pool was still really cold and the drain in our shower started to stink in the morning. But it was also the middle of the winter so we can understand. The people here are always really nice and very helpful.

Not the Best
The staff on duty was awesome. Many problems with cleanliness carpets dirty every time we left the room we had to have access cards adjusted they never worked twice once. I would not recommend th is hotel.

First of all, this place is easy to access for traveling . The staff was super friendly and helpful. They handed us all the places that were near for eating and broke them down by delivers, to seat down dining. We arrived on Christmas Day evening, and were happy to have a pizza place so close. The room was super clean and comfortable! Definitely will keep this one in our mind when traveling in the area again

Check in was easy. Breakfast was good. It felt clean and nice. Two things, one of the towels had a hole in it and the dog yard is not getting picked up by the people who own the dogs. Yard would be cleaner with a dog station.
