"Handicap accessible room was located on the second floor at the opposite end of the hallway from the elevators. I booked a walk-in shower but received a standard bathtub. Front desk staff on the evening of 7/24 was not helpful, provided very little guidance and was unprofessional and rude in her response to my inquiries related to the handicap room location and lack of walk-in shower."

"The room was clean and maintained well during my stay. The breakfast was fresh and the variety was great. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was an ADA room. The only downside was it had a bathtub rather than a walk in shower."
