"AmericInn Mountain Home, Arkansas is a very nice motel. Built in 2023, our room was good as new, clean and everything worked perfectly. Comfortable beds. We had a room on the second floor (there is an elevator). There is no ice machine on 2nd floor, but there IS a nice reading nook with books and a chair where the ice machine would have been. "Bed was uncomfortable. It hurt our backs. The walls are thin and we could easily hear our next door neighbor. There was no coffee pot/coffee in room. There were no hangers to hang up clothes. "

"The hot tub is still broken, at least 6 months now but signs outside still have hot tub listed as amenity. The coffee machine was out of water the whole time we were there. Simple fix that makes a big difference in your stay. We love this hotel so it’s sad to see it not having all the comforts you get use to after staying here for over 5 years when we visit the lake. "The desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Our king room was very clean, with plenty of seating, a large table, mini fridge and microwave. The area around the hotel is very clean with picnic tables and a nice swing for enjoying the outdoors. We also thought the location was perfect, close to restaurants and sight seeing adventures. Keep in mind it is an older hotel so the rooms interior and design is a bit dated. But, the mattress was great, the shower was good and that’s all we were after. "

"Cabin was clean, beds comfortable and linens were clean. The cabin does not include coffee or water - bare bones. I would have like more flat surfaces in the bedrooms to place personal belongings. Adequate charging outlets. Phone service is sketchy but good wifi allowing internet calling. Not within walking distance of eating areas but there is a convenience (mostly fishing) store next door open during reg business hours with great coffee.
