"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"We loved our stay at this absolutely charming and beautiful hotel Ypres. It’s set on extensive and beautifully landscape grounds only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Extremely well maintained to a very high standard, the staff was marvellous and the dining room was excellent. The cost for breakfast seemed a little high at first, but after we experienced the breakfast, we had no reservations. Extensive buffet with freshly cooked options. Very high-quality. We also enjoyed dinner there...

"Just stayed room only and whilst there was no kettle or coffee facilities they are available if asked for. The room was nice, clean and had air-conditioning which was essential when we were there. Nice and quiet and the outside bar and seating area is a nice addition since I stayed here last time. Location is excellent too."

"Déçu d'un hôtel 4*. La chambre comportait des mouches mortes au niveau des fenêtres, et les échantillons de produits dans la salle de bain étaient déjà utilisés à notre arrivée. Pas d'endroit pour poser sa valise : on est obligé de la laisser par terre. Un porte-serviettes est installé au-dessus des toilettes, ce qui rend son utilisation peu pratique : si vous y faites sécher vos serviettes ou votre maillot de bain, il n'est plus possible d'utiliser les toilettes. Pas d'autre portant proposé...
