"Vrai manque de service, pas de gobelets à dents une salle de douche minuscule petit lave mains en guise de lavabo…pendant qu un prend la douche impossible d accéder au lavabo pour l’autre car projections d eau et impossible de dormir car climatisation très très bruyante! Tous les distributeurs d eau ou café en panne… Par contre excellent petit déjeuner !"

"Sebastian and Sylvie were excellent and highly professional hosts. The château is beautiful, spotless, and very well located. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and charming. I highly recommend this place — 10/10. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bordeaux."
