"Although there was a mixup and confusion during our checkin process, the staff made arrangements to accomodate us. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was outstanding. Special thanks to Kristen who allowed our special needs group access to a conference room where they could sit and enjoy their lunch"
