"Accommodation was exceptional except for the cold water. In the morning the cold water was hot so brushing my teeth was a challenge. The bar/night club .. drinks were super expensive. A beer & a spirit drink K40. Staff at every level were exceptional !!! Always a smile and a good morning or good afternoon."

I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. "
