"Staff was very nice and helpful. Dog in room next door was left there barking for hours, felt sorry for it even though it was very annoying as it lasted late into the evening past 10 pm"

"They charge to park in the hotel parking lot, and not tell you about the parking charge. They do not have wash clothes in the room, we had to ask for this. The lady that checked us in seemed like she was on something and that the person behind the glass was more important than the customers checking in"

"The property is scheduled for a refresh summer of '26. I loved the location near Promemade and freeway. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We had a couple issues that were immediately resolved. I would stay again and feel the refresh is timely."
