"Great Staff/owners for this small motel!"

"Interesting hotel to stay at to say the least. While waiting to be assigned my room (15 minutes waiting for them to find a room for me that had been reserved for weeks) a couple of longer term residents came to the front desk to complain about lack of maintenance. The place is kind of falling apart. No trolleys available as they've been stolen. One working elevator. But if you need a bed to sleep in and a working fridge they might have it! Room did not have a TV remote which was kind of...

"Dark rooms, did not like it"

"Dinner and breakfast was delicious and convenient. Our room was spacious and perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. We will always recommend Drury and search them out when we travel."

"Lot of restaurants nearby some eve walkable. Only bummer was fire alarm going off at 12:30 a.m. and just as we got dressed and gathered valuables it stopped. Better safe than sorry"

"Hotel is not prepared to handle volume. Extremely unfriendly check in staff..gave our room away then put a bag of Cheetos in a smaller room to try to make up for giving away our suite and being sold out. Used to love to stay here sadly will not be back will stay at other hotels downtown."

"This is an old-fashioned motel, but with tons of upgrades. The room was great; bed was super comfortable. The check-in was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this motel and will stay there again."

"I have stayed before at Yellow City Studios. I like the zise of the rooms plus the stove, fridge, dish washer, plates, etc. I like that little extra "living romm, kitchen area" . I like the large beds. I did not like that the toilet was not cleaned; the toilet seat had dark gunk around it, I clean my house toilet seat all the time so I know what it looks like."

"Definitely too much noise! I understand the hotel is tight on the freeway but the windows were awful causing much noise from the freeway. It was also filthy. Someone had written “Help” from the dirt in the window. The hallway smelled like stale smoke. I endured four the one night I needed. Wouldn’t do more than that."

"This was a great bargain to stay overnight with my dog. No frills, off I-40 (I used earplugs to suppress the interstate traffic)."
