En arrivant tout est parfait, mais durant le séjour les verres et bouteilles vides ne sont pas ramsassés, le Vanity kit n’est pas remplacé. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau je me serais attendu à mieux du personnel de chambre. Piscine super, sauna A1"

"We stayed for 6 nights, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. You only had to ask and things were sorted. The breakfast was to a very high standard and very tasty and broad ranging. The staff on reception were very helpful indeed, they helped with providing a European plug adaptor. They also recommended a very good place for an evening meal, The Schnitzel Mitte. Which you wouldn't just happen upon, but was easily found with Google maps."

"Modern hotel, all basic amenities worked. A good central base. Cleaning etc of room only done on request, no problem for a short stay. When I went to check out the bar, it was closed for a private event Breakfast offered a good but typical range of buffet options, available from 6.00 am which was very useful for early starters. Coffee only available from a machine."
