I didn’t expect the room to be as small as it was with a king sized bed but overall everything was fantastic and clean. My only complaint is how you can hear EVERYTHING through your walls.

Even though my emails from Expedia say I can pay at property. The hotel insisted that their policy is to pay within 7 days. I called the hotel bc my card was being charged 2 days prior to check in. I called and got a very rude staff member at the front desk names Coolie. She told me that if I didn't pay by end of day she would cancel my reservation. It all worked out but was handled very poorly.

Halls are echoey and noisy. Windows are thin and parking lot noise comes in. (We were first floor overlooking the parking lot. Newly renovated room was excellent. They were continuing the renovation of the lobby, it will look good.

The room was comfy, just a bit small, but it worked fine for what we needed. The bathroom was very nice and overall we had no major complaints. A few small things to note: the TV didn’t work right away — it came on to the main screen, but we had to adjust the input to get it going. The parking lot was pretty congested. Also, a couple of the pillowcases looked used, but we always bring what we need so it wasn’t an issue. Other than that, the stay worked well and I would stay again for a short trip.

We checked in and there was no one there to actually check us in. They give you a phone number to call and tell you to just take a keycard. It was the weekend of saint patricks day so the island was busy. But I didn’t see any one at the desk at all the whole time i was there. I went on whats considered off season so maybe that had to do with no one being there but you really should have someone at the front desk. I only paid 105 dollars for the night so i was ok with the price . However we decided to see what they charge on season and it is ridiculous. Its cost 600 a night. I have stayed in bed and breakfasts for less then that. It is not worth paying that kind of money. There is no breakfast Included so you would be paying that kind of money for an extremely small bedroom. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The bed was very comfortable though and you had hd cable if you wanted to watch it that was a plus. The place itself is in good shape. I would not go stay there during the summer though unless they dropped that price by at least half. If you are in a bind and have no other option then I can see staying there but I would not stay there if you are planning a trip. There are nicer options for that kind of money.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, location is close the boardwalk, restaurants, and bars. Would stay there again.
