Location and proximity to the Grand Canyon was food. The hotel restaurant and lounge were good, homely, and rustic. Fairly priced and food was very good. I did not like that there is virtually nothing open after 9 or 10PM unless you travel 30 miles south to Williams.

Definitely enjoyed the rustic western theme! Got very lucky finding this affordable gem just south of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Perfect spot. And cute nostalgic Flintstone Dino park right across the street, too.

This is a reasonable option if the hotels nearer the Grand Canyon are full, as they were when I made the reservation, but it's still a 40-minute drive to the Canyon. The room was acceptable. The pool was half full and appeared to have algae growing in it. There's few options for dining in the area, but a local market was across the highway. Staff were friendly but seemed busy, and I had to talk with them on a computer screen when checking out.

Juan, our check-in clerk was terrific. Our room was very comfortable. Ample parking in a well maintained lot. The TV only had 4 dreadful channels. The plumbing needed a little love.
