"The elevators to the rooms are oddly distant from the lobby. Our room was clean, but was missing some basic supplies such as tissue and coffee for the Keurig machine. Overall, it served its purpose for us (a quite overnight sleep) but was not overly impressive."

"We wanted a budget-friendly place to stay in Mason that was clean, had cold A/C, and included breakfast, and this was exactly that! The building could use some updates, and the gym was limited with a few machines not working. The common areas and elevator weren’t well air-conditioned. "This hotel wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed at, but would stay at again. It was clean but definitely not the most up-to-date hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I have would be that the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that we couldn't even sit in it because it burned our eyes so bad."

"I’m trying to be nice with this review, but it’s extremely hard when everything went wrong, starting with our rooms not being 1 king room and a double queen room. Ended up with 2 double queens. 1 room had no air conditioning, it was so stuffy and hot! Not to mention the hair in the tub, eww! 2nd room was OK, except the Taco Bell garbage left in the garbage can from the previous guest. "There is construction near the hotel parking lot and spaces are not available it was a fully booked weekend which made parking at night hectic but they allowed parking that was not in a parking space per say like in front but not in front of the entrance."

The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. "Do not go to this Inn unless your okay with smelly rooms, smelly elevators, smelly hall carpets, and poor cleaning. I cringed the moment we walked into the Inn. I wanted to walk out and book at the Renaissance across the road. Never have I been in an Inn that was this unclean. Toilet was nasty and the shower didn't work properly. "This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town."
