"There was a used wash cloth left in the shower. A drawer to the dresser was open when I entered the room, and would repeatedly open on its own throughout my stay. "
"Booked a room through Expedia. The room they gave me did not match the description of the room we booked. The hotel refused to change it, or allow me to upgrade to a different room (because it was booked through a third party they said). Expedia called them and they just gave the same statement to Expedia. By the time we were done trying to get it resolved the descriptions of the rooms on Expedia had been changed. I had to keep the bad room and there was no remedy. The staff at the hotel could have easily just changed my room and everything would have been fixed - the rates were nearly identical and the hotel was not full and still had rooms available, so it was just a matter of stubbornly not wanting to help."
"A great value for the price. The on-site bar/restaurant was a convenient place for dinner, although there are probably better options in the area. I wish the breakfast was included, we ended up eating at a nearby diner. But for what we were looking for, a cheap, clean, and comfortable stopover near the airport, it was great. "
"I am not sure how what year photos on the Expedia app were taken but certainly not recent. Staff not helpful or outside smoking. Place is a pit. No coffee for breakfast Noisy. Dirty and ran down. Go stay down the street where rest of nice places are. This is a dump"
"The staff at check-in was great however, the heat was sporadically working, the dishwasher leaked, the elevator and the juice dispenser was broke. I always bring my own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was good because the items in the room were so small there was barely enough for myself and husband. "
"Nice hotel; especially for the price-point. Friendly personnel. Nice to have breakfast included. Liked the club room; we used it in the afternoon/evening for family time (games, etc.). Rooms are huge and like the kitchenette feature. Great for cooking or leftovers. Only minor issue was slightly dirty hallway on our floor. I mentioned it and they said they were short staffed for housekeeping. Not a huge deal; things happen; rooms and other areas were clean. Would recommend."
