"Our room did not have hot water, but the staff was very helpful - they immediately offered for us to switch rooms. The morning coffee and continental breakfast were excellent. The property has a ton of potential, but the landscaping was in poor condition. Overall, a decent experience."

"The room was amazing. Luxury king bed. Faux fireplace, jacuzzi tub( never went in) wonderful room. Expensive but we'll worth it. Parking very convenient. Right next to inn. Went for gondola ride before check in. That was great. Great check in staff. Got room little earlier. Perfect. Dinner at hotel restaurant was fantastic. Definitely be back. Thanks"
