"The rooms were clean, but the room itself was a little shoddy. The valance for the outside drapes were broken and hanging down. The couch had holes in it. Poor lighting in the bathroom. The cabinets snd the small refridgerator was not working porperly. And to top it off, the power went out the last day we stayed and we couldnt us eht evelator to take our heavy luggage down the stairs, so we had to use the room the last day and into the next day in partial and full darkness. Yes I understand that the storm knocked out the power, but the last day was rough for both me and my wife and my daughter and her three children. We werent able to use the pool when the power when out of course because of the storm. In addtion , it seems that some of the staff were not very friendly, not all but some."
