"Quiet location. "

"Pool broken and closed down. Room smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in the room 5 minutes before we checked into the room. Whirlpool in the room was filthy. Bedding is paper thin and the two pillows they have on the bed are flat as can be. "

"After a long day on the road, my wife and I were looking forward to a swim in the pool, but the water was freezing. I stuck my foot in and there was no way I was getting in that cold water."

"This place is in a decent location, especially for the price. Just a 7 minute drive to downtown. The free breakfast was nice, especially since I was there with my wife and three kids. It saved us a bundle over having to go eat breakfast at a restaurant. I don't blame the hotel, but we were awoken at 4 AM by some loud and annoying people in the room next to us. Within a half hour they finally quieted down. I'd stay here again if I ever go back to St. Louis."

"The room and staff was fabulous but was not told they had major interior renovations being done. It was loud full of workers and construction trucks parked everywhere. I paid for the "Best" stay for my daughter, granddaughters and a great grand baby. My health is not well at nearly 70 and wanted it to be special. Which it was not. Pool and hot tub closed. The staff was incredible and evening meal fantastic. I hv no problem with the Drury staff but we would hv stayed at Union Station if we knew...

"I will never stay at this place again. Quite literally the most disgusting place I’ve ever step foot in. I didn’t even stay in the room. I walked in to the filth and nastiness. Turned around and walked out. "

The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."

"The hotel was very nice, but our room was not ready. We didn’t have trash bags in any of our trash cans, and our toilet did not work at all. Was clogged the whole time. No one came to fix it. We always seem to get put by the elevator, could hear that all night along with the fridge noise and very loud neighbors all thru the early morning hours. I did not get a bit of sleep. Staff was very friendly. "
