"A very comfortable hotel with great location in Jindabyne. Balcony facing right to the beautiful lake, jogging track around the lake is right behind the hotel. Room is big with dining table, sofa, 2 bunk beds and 1 queen bed, very spacious for family of 5. AC has double function as heater, so we had no problem with super chilly winter outside."

"Modernised, warm and clean room. Quiet. Friendly and warm bar / restaurant area. Nice log fire. Hearty dinner. Easy booking and check in. Good base for going into the mountains. Very helpful lad doing check in (and doing everything else in between by the look of things) Wifi was a tad slow and pillows not the most comfortable but these are small gripes."

"Dark and dingy breakfast area, smelt mouldy and needed light. Open the doors windows and let air into the place. Greeted by front office staff member with things on not a good impression. Place needs renovation and brightening up. The lounge off to the side of the main reception area smells like someone has died in there. Really bad smell couldn’t get out of there quick enough "

"Room had some hair laying around the bed and pillows. Staff were exceptionally friendly and informative. The room was well presented, cosy, comfortable. Ammenities were easy to find and operate. Included breakfast was delicious"

"Super helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. Being able to rent simple, reliable snow gear directly from Carinya at a very decent rate took a lot of hassle out of our trip. Room was clean and quiet and we loved the bonfire, but the unexpected gem was the restaurant where the friendly, easygoing staff fed us delicious, traditional Indian food at about half the price of what we'd pay in Canberra or Sydney. Thanks team, we'll be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this ski lodge! The location was fantastic! close to everything we needed and perfect for enjoying the snow. The hot breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing and a great way to start the day. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming. Highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food, a convenient location, and genuinely wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Rooms were clean and I enjoyed the firm pillows. Bed was comfy. Bathroom could have used a hand towel though. Good kitchen supplies."
