"The hotel was convenient for the business I came to do. Everything went well. Clean, staff was helpful. Nice place."

"Room was very disappointing, photos didn’t look anything like what it showed, the carpets were stained, the towels were smelly. Toilet clogged, was still Clogged when I left. No trash in restroom, no bags in trash bins. Very limited items to purchase especially being in a more remote area of restaurants and stores "

"The hotel was clean and looked amazing. Apart from the first employee we talked to, he was great, the others were awful. Waited ages for a drink until another employee walked by. No “how was your stay” or “thanks for staying” or nothing when we checked out. Just a rude “printed receipt or email.” Was highly disappointed considering the price"

"Good hotel. No room in the hotel lots for parking so had to use the garage on the 2-3 floor. Very inconvenient with multiple large luggage bags having to use 2 sets of elevators and walking the parking garage multiple times."

"I am rather unhappy with the hotel as well as my room. The floor that I have been assigned a room has a horrible chemical small which I'm sure is unhealthy.( newly painted walls.. floor molding not yet replaces. Looks shabby… .. my room is at the end of the hall so I had to breathe the fumes all the way. Bathroom slider door does not open all the way and when it was open it blocked access to the room door safety lock. No real closet > only a curtain in front of the back wall with a bit of room...

"Overpriced for an old run down hotel. Elevator was broken, hotel room door lower hall large slanted. So much so that you could see under the door so I had to use a towel. Paint chipping and bad plumbing and crumbs in corner common areas meaning they don’t deep vacuum. Breakfast looked good but I did not partake. Bar area was the best as well as the staff there. We checked out ASAP. "

"I enjoyed the Hollywood Casino overall. However, this is the first time I've stayed at a place that didn't have a single option for a hot breakfast at any of the restaurants. The lone exception was 99 Hops, but they only served from 8-11 am on Saturday and Sunday. That's not much help for Sunday night through Wednesday stay. I ended up having to drive to a local Denny's 10 minutes away for breakfast. I'll likely stay at Ameristar next time, since I know they do have breakfast options...
