"This is a really nice place to stay it has a great pool area that also has a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. There is free breakfast I only grabbed cereal and OJ but there is waffles and sausage too. The reason I give it 4/5 is that the water temperature was not consistent and showers were a bit too cold and the room smelt like strong cigarettes. Other than that there was nothing wrong with our stay."

"A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. "The stay was just fine. Staff I interacted with was nice and helpful though. I booked here after seeing it was award winning and highly rated. I expected a lot more and was underwhelmed. Upon arrival to our room it has a slight musty smell, eventually that went away or we got used to it. Bed was fine. Not sure if a nearby room was having a party but until after midnight it was music and lots of loud laughing. You could hear everything. Every time a nearby door opened or closed it echoed. This...

"Our “non-smoking” room was definitely a smoking room, at least at one point. It smelled awful and they said they couldn’t change us bc all of the non-smoking rooms were taken. Woke up with a sinus headache from whatever fumes were still in the room."

"97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :("
