"Water pitcher had mildew on the bottom from previous guest. Did not use. However, I left it with hot soapy water in an attempt to dissolve it and let the front desk staff know about it."

"Not what I expected considering it had high 9 stars! Elevator, hall ways had a strange smell, pool and hot tub areas were dirty. The room its self was ok but the bathroom was not cleaned well. Breakfast was sub-par, eggs were mushy and fishy tasting needless to say didn't eat them. "
