"Rooms were not ready for check in despite time provided by staff. No room cleaning or anything like that without asking. For 300 plus a night, would have liked something that set it apart from other hotels in the area."

"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Those are always my main concerns in a hotel. The check in attendant was friendly, professional and helpful. I would most definitely go back to this facility if I return to Petaluma. I would give it five stars if there had been more electrical outlets. "This hotel was great!! The amenities and staff were wonderful. The room was on the ocean and we could hear the waves rolling in during the night. The room was pretty big too and had a microwave and fridge. Also coffee machine with coffee was provided. I loved this location. There was also a restaurant and pool on site. I would def reccommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"The rooms were clean & modern. However the barn slider door was slightly awkward because it could not be locked & left small gaps at the end. "I loved the beachfront part of it. The balconies were so cute and accessible and personal:). They had very accessible parking and it was very quiet and relaxing. The only thing is the room could have been a bit cleaner and they told us they don’t have daily room service and if you need anything to ask. It was great vibes and it is no smoking so keep that in mind even though there is a balcony:)"
