"Marjorie refused me and my soccer team reservation
Reserved 8 rooms at this location and cancelled the reservation at 1:30 in the morning after we travelled 4 hours.. she was very rude me and my adult chaperones had to find hotels at 2-3am in the morning because she refused. Never had this experience with any hotel and she gave us a very unwelcoming experience..
My families from my academy will be always posting reviews and comments about this experience.
We saw homeless and drunk people renting rooms at this location smooth transition but for us she made it living hell . Very unprofessional"
