"This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. "I reserved a king bed room, but when I checked in, it smelled strongly of weed despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. I complained and, after about two hours, Richard at the front desk was helpful, but unfortunately he said there were no other king rooms available. He also mentioned they couldn’t assign that room to another guest, yet it was the only option offered to me.

"I had a very mixed experience at Rodeway Inn & Suites Winter Haven Chain of Lakes.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room—it did not meet basic expectations. Because of that, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying. We ended up only being there for about 3 hours just to rest briefly and let the kids enjoy the pool before deciding to leave and head back home.
The pool area was actually decent and seemed to be one of the better-maintained parts of the property.
