"We appreciated being able to check in late to our room. There's ample & free parking. The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. "We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. "

"The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink."
