"Traveled with family. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast offered. Clean and comfortable. Room refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment. Important to refreeze cooler packs for meds. Overall a great experience!"

"Property location was great for our Hollins University visit. Initially property looks pretty new but upon closer observance you can really tell it was an old property that has been refreshed. Room was nice and big...great mattress and bedding...bathroom was clean...and wonderful thick towels... but tub itself was really dated and difficulty with turning off water in shower. Minimal breakfast...small breakfast area. This property appears to be Hilton's economy hotel. All is all it suited our needs."

"Location was great, we could walk to restaurants and entertainment. The parking garage is one block away, plan accordingly. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed, but our room was the least desirable the hotel has. Looking out onto the roof and right next to the elevator, which started to get busy by 6am."

"This hotel is very unique and a great atmosphere. I was a solo traveler and booked due to an on-sight restaurant; however, both restaurants in the building were closed down. I also booked a room marketed as a City View which was a large brick wall. I still give the property a high rating based on the price and unique feel."
