"The man managing the counter was pretty rude the day we were supposed to check in. The room was nice and clean, the pool areas need some tlc and some of their safety gear needs replaced. The lifeguards on duty while we were there were all younger. No one was smiling or friendly and a few were not even paying attention. One specifically had his back to everyone in the wave pool and was playing on his phone. The arcade was expensive which was to be expected but the prize machine was aso out...
