There is a private court yard and it is a beautiful castle in a quiet little town. This is family owned and they are very nice ,sweet and hospitable. "Basic, clean, well appointed accomodation at a motel situated above a gas and convenience store. Clean room, very good bathroom, everything was provided in the room. Excellent central location in Bastogne close to shops and restaurants, safe quiet neighborhood. Parking is free. A good healthy breakfast for 10 euros. My only issue was an alarm going off in the middle of the night 3 times during my stay which was disconcerting. But a call to the emergency contact number fixed the issue."

"Had a lovely experience at hotel St. Fiacre. The staff is very friendly and everyone speaks multiple languages, making communication easy. I traveled with an adult son and a teenager, we had a very spacious room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the Bourscheid Castle on one side, and a view of the sunset over the town on the other. Having air conditioning in the room was GREAT! This summer there has been a heat wave in Europe. We had a mechanical issue with the heater on one side of the room being on, but it was repaired very quickly as soon as we reported it to the staff. Absolutely plan to reserve a table for dinner at the restaurant of the hotel! We tried the schnitzel and it was absolutely delicious! The service was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was also good. There was also information available in the front lobby regarding hikes and places to visit in the area. What a great hotel, definitely recommend!"
