"WestCord Fashion Hotel Amsterdam was clean and quiet. It's conveniently located near a main artery leading into the centre of the city. Staff were very helpful, giving us clear instructions for using the bus system to get around. Our only complaint was that the ventilation system in our room wasn't the greatest."

I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."
