"Great hotel, lovely staff and great food "

"It was unique having the breakfast ding room on the 5th floor with a view. I also lived on each floor, an open area to sit and relax. "

"If I we're too see the actual property before I booked the room , We would not stay at this place. It looked ok from the outside but the place hadn’t been updated for decades, we didn’t even have a lamp on the nightstand."

"Parking is super secure. Nightly staff monitor the area through the wee hours even. "

"The rooms are not clean and very, very basic. Outside the lobby was nonstop groups of smokers. This does not seem like a hotel, but long-term stay at a very cheap rate."

"The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath."

"Great service, friendly staff, convenient restaurant which made me a superb sandwich and serves Starbucks coffee. The room was very clean and quiet and I slept great in the bed. I'd stay here again without question. Just outside was the river trail with great river scenery, and a quarter mile or so to Riverfront Park and downtown. Also, the parking was generous and well lit."

"Room was a mess, stains all over the bedding, walls and the lamps. Garbage was left in our room. We had an unexpected $50 charge that was not on the list when I booked the room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever."

"Friendly and super helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast, nice pool/hot tub area open late (especially great after a 7 hour drive from west oregon!) Spokane is charming and front desk folks helped us make sure we experienced the best parts in a short stay."
