"Our only issue was with the testing of the fire alarms on a Saturday night. We were not forewarned. On the morning of check out, no staff was available. One of the cleaning staff had to go find someone for us."

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. The employees were extremely helpful and kind. The room was well appointed with a beautiful room and I was delighted to see two novels in the room - what a thoughtful idea! Valet parking was available onsite and public parking within the same city block. There were so many varied dining options nearby and we enjoyed walking the nearby Yale campus. Great experience!"
