"Everything was great from the personnel services to the rooms and amenities. Breakfast was ok, you will not get a michelen 5 star breakfast but at least you get a breakfast. Stay multiple times here already and each time I got treated like how a customer should be treated (my point of view)."

"This location was a great 2 nights stay. The staffs were all friendly and help us out. My kids had so much fun in the pool. They have many amenities to choose from. Very clean location. We definitely will come again."

"Enjoyable outdoor area for gathering. Accomodations were a good rate. Only complaints are the room itself was smaller than anticipated, very limited refrigerator space and no continental breakfast. Food at the grill with Starbucks in the lobby was great but especially expensive. Staff were wonderful. Access to area dining, shopping and entertainment was excellent. Would stay there again."

I was notified the pool and hot tub were under construction and not in working order. I commend the front desk person as he graciously cancelled my rooms w/o any fees. "Beautifully maintained “mansion” with wonderful rooms. Quiet, huge room, comfortable bed, great shower and jetted tub. Fridge and coffee in the hall. AC. Nice breakfast spot just down the hill. Great location—right next to the amazing library and a couple blocks from downtown."

"The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry).
