"The manager is not the friendliest person to deal with, then charged us for "damaged sheets" yes, they had a couple small blood stains on them, I get that, but the blood would have easily came out if washed properly, just out for money. Would not stay here again because of the manager alone, the other employees were great, helpful & friendly.
Told us she fired a girl for taking the CC over the phone, then the next day asked for mine over the phone, talking out both sides of her mouth."

"Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day....

The lobby and hallways were questionable with cracked tiles and dirty baseboards. The fish tank in the lobby looked very neglected. We did not look/use the pool or breakfast."

"The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful the first night.
There was rarely someone at the front desk, tho.
However, the room had some maintenence issues. There was tiling in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired; there was a big patch of peeled/missing paint on the walls; the interior of the closet was missing a panel or mirror or something. There was no hair dryer.
I know the power outage was not your fault, but we did not get breakfast and that was a bummer."
