"Staff was super friendly!"

"Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."

"My only comply was the shower had no slip proof surface. I am not old or I firmed but had to hold on to the bar as not to fall. I would think this is a liability for the property."

The ac cooled the room just fine and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were amazing and were always around if you needed anything. They were also super friendly. "This hotel is disappointing from a Hyatt Place standard. The hallways has an old, moldy smell. The cushions on my couch look dirty like it needs to be reupholstered. The couch itself was broken. The end that connect was warped and collapsed. The sleep was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hotel breakfast they offered was not good. Hard boiled eggs was really hard. The pineapple/cantaloupe mix tasted fermented. If you're wanting breakfast, head across the parking lot to Cracker...

"The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. The breakfast that came with our stay was FANTASTIC! If I could give all the staff at the Hampton Inn on Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC a 20 out of 5, I would! Thank you❤️ Carol and Tom Cruz Michigan"

"Everything was great. Check-in Staff was FABULOUS! Room and property were clean. Room recently renovated. Pet friendly - Pets stayed FREE. Felt safe when taking the dogs out at 4 a.m. Safe and quiet. Close to lots of businesses. We've already stayed there again!"

"I was disappointed the place from the outside looks like a dump. Once you get in it's nice but you realize this was an outdoor motel of the 70s with a building built on top of it. The rooms are older and our shower head was about to come off. No one came and cleaned our rooms so the next night I canceled and went to a better hotel. This place might be good in a tight situation where you have no other place to stay but definitely not a 2nd or 1st option. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't excellent...
