"Beautiful 100 year old house. Our suite was roomy & we had everything that we needed, including plush robes. The rate was very reasonable & included an excellent free breakfast every morning plus a glass of wine & a charcuterie plate @ 5PM! The only downside was that the house & grounds could use a little TLC. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay & plan to come back again."

"We stayed here for three nights for our anniversary and it was amazing!! The service was exceptional and the food was excellent. They are very attentive to dietary needs. We stayed in the Royal Hideaway room with the jetted tub and it was well worth the extra splurge. "The staff was exceptional; as was the eco-friendly outdoor atmosphere; my only concern for future visits is I reserved the rhododendron room on Expedia but was given the bike room upon arrival!!! Not sure, nor do I care about the cost but I think the rhododendron room has a queen size bed and the room I stayed in only has a full size bed; not a deal breaker though!!!!!"

"Beautiful boarding house on the National Registry. Highly recommend staying here. Delicious breakfast, made to order, daily. Popular restaurant by night. My husband said the trout was the best he has ever had, anywhere. Walk to town or to Tomahawk Lake Town is a popular shopping destination 20 minutes to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge museum and parkway. Also check out the town museum and the huge antique store just off the highway. "

"The Sweet Biscuit Inn lived up to its name! The property was lovely and the room was wonderful. We stayed in # 5. The view of the front lawn and gardens is beautiful and so peaceful. "We could not recommend highly enough. Willy and Shoney are great hosts. Three-course breakfasts were amazing. Homemade cookies set out as take-aways every day. Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay."
