"Tolles Hotel in bester Lage, wenn man den Times Square und die 5th Av mag. In der Lobby gibt es ganztägig kostenlos Tee, Kaffee und Wasser. Auch auf den Etagen gibt es Wasserspender und leere Flaschen kostenlos. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Dusche hatte guten Druck und auch eine Handbrause.
Auf Nachfrage wurde uns auch ein Kühlschrank ins Zimmer gestellt. Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden."

"The hotel is in a great spot by the 9/11 memorial and Oculus for transport links and the rooftop bar on the 20th floor has amazing views over the memorial and the nearby skyscrapers, it looked amazing at night with all the lights, loved the views from the open terrace too. I loved my stay there and the room was a decent size and the bed was super comfy also loved the fact you could help yourself to tea, coffee and chilled water at any time in the lobby, available 24/7. I had breakfast and dinner...
