"Convenient location if you can’t stay at Grand Canyon. Very small but well-organized space. Warm water pressure very low so don’t expect a great shower. Internet spotty but good enough. Wish I’d paid attention to the fact that the smart lock doesn’t let you in until exactly 4:00."

"When flooding caused many other hotels in the park to close, the Grand Canyon Inn was there for us. Their small staff worked as hard as they could to handle an influx of guests, and they kept smiling. We stayed in the main hotel, NOT in the annex, so we can't speak to that part of their accommodations. Was the peeled log furniture in our room dated? Oh heaven's yes. Very dated. But did that peeled log bedframe hold one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on in a hotel? Again yes! The room is not even close to deluxe, but it's clean and reasonably priced. The drapes are heavy and the area is super quiet so you can sleep. We also ate dinner in the restaurant where we had serviceable burgers and super friendly server who handled a rush of customers with energy and care."
