If i would like to take my bags to my own room with a hotel cart, I should be giving that option. I was told only the employees could use the cart. "Had a really amazing time here! We traveled in for a wedding and from the very first encounter, we had impeccable hospitality. Barron went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! The bartenders and manager whom we also met were especially nice when we missed the cut off for breakfast due to miscommunication. The chefs agreed to still make us a plate and we were beyond grateful! It really made us feel like family. We also loved the ambiance of the courtyard. Overall, 10/10 experience....
