"I stayed 4 nights and room was only cleaned once. Should let us know upfront that it’s paid parking cause finding out during check in is crazy"

"The property has some exterior construction but the building common areas are clean and orderly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Conference rooms were quite cold but otherwise comfortable. Conference foyer area has poor lighting for displaying posters or registration materials. Room was very comfortable but carpet did not appear to be vacuumed. Location was very convenient to restaurants and a large shopping mall which is great for those without a rental car."

"The front desk staff was surly and rude. They put me in a single bed room despite being booked in a double. They did not mention this upon check in. found out when i went to the room. They said the fold out couch was the second bed. That is NOT what i booked. They also dod not provide linens for the foldout until we called for them, which kept us awake waiting for the linens. When i went to complain they did not apologize they became argumentative and rude. They also did not mention a hold on my card (they should have mentioned it at least. I thought it was fraud). The valet refused to park my car despite me having mobility issues. I had to carry my suitcases from the parking lot. Lastly they had a large group present and were not keeping access to the elevators, allowing people to pass in the hallways, etc., and no one was monitoring this or asking them to keep the walkways open."

"Arrived to property later than planned. Nightside check in staffer was pleasant and helpful. Dayside check out was away from front desk for a long period of time. And did not address my concern. Just told me to take a card and wouldn’t share a name. Hotel could use a renovation overall. Room was decent. However we did find what appeared to be rodent droppings in the bathroom. Didn’t have the breakfast. We did enjoy the coffee and tea at entrance. Auto doors at entrance was a nice touch. One of the elevators smelled heavy of marijuana."

"Great location to be around. Don't recommend getting breakfast there however. Took an hour for them just to get an egg sandwich with potatoes on the side."
