"We arrived late and booked the room through Expedia to save some money. We got a king room with a kitchenette. That was great because we had frozen items in a cooler that needed to be placed in the freezer overnight. The bed in the room was very comfortable, including the pillows. I used the shower and noticed that a prior occupant had placed part of a false eyelash on the wall. This wasn't noticed by housekeepinh to remove it. I wouldn't have noticed it either, if I didn't use the shower. ...

"We reserved a two bedroom two bath, kitchenette that would sleep 5 in total. Up from TN for our son’s Navy Boot Camp graduation. Very Clean rooms. No signage or discussion about linen exchange and none offered. (We didn’t ask, but made do). Shower / tub on one side did not drain properly and we had to stand in the built up water. Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage...

"Room was clean and had some recent updates. Breakfast had good selection, was hot, the woman in charge of dining area kept everything real clean and well supplied. Could actually open up a window for some fresh air! No complaint, would return if in area."

"We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!?
