The staff could not have been nicer. They gave us every courtesy and amenity. We were there to see 2 Woosox games. When the second game was rained out and we decided to leave Worcester early the front desk and manager gave us a partial refund for the second night for which we had not even asked. Amazing graciousness!

We enjoyed the walkable access to restaurants. The hotel was clean and well designed. Lots of area to jog downtown and also a nice workout facility. Will stay again.

This is the best hotel if you have to be on Worcester. I go back often enough it feels like the drug issues around the hotel have deteriorated, this was the first time I was uncomfortable riding the elevator from the garage to the lobby. They need to post security.

What I did not like was the cost of the room. 350. For one night and breakfast would have been another 17 dollars plus extra parking fee of 18 dollars. I chose this motel because it was within a .4 mile walk of the Hanover theater. I liked that part. It was loud as well with banging doors which is no fault of the motel. Clean room. Beds not comfortable.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient with check in and check out. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. The added touch of a lavender pouch to put under the pillow was a nice touch . Overall it was really a wonderful place to stay!

It was clean and modern, I would definitely stay there again! We enjoyed having the 110 Grill accessible just off the main lobby to have dinner, it was very good! :)

The room was not cleaned well. There was hair all over the place, crumbs and dust. The mirrors had hand prints and the floor had stuff caked on it.
