"The price and parking were very reasonable. Advertised as University City but was on the outskirts and seemed to border a not so nice area. The rooms were clean and comfortable."

"I booked this hotel for the pool and jacuzzi, which were both disgustingly dirty and to mention no towels were in sight to dry ourselves. Our room (708) had no A/C whatsoever and even reached 81 degrees at one point, causing one of the guests to get sick. I assume the thermostat in that room is broken because it didn't cool down at all. I'm also not sure if each room comes equipped with a set of hand soap but there wasn't any to be found and the bathroom probably could have been a little cleaner. The bed was extremely comfortable and I absolutely ADORED Rhonda Hurt, the woman in charge of breakfast because out of every person working there, she was the kindest and most hospitable all while being very busy with the breakfast rush. That woman deserves a raise!!👏 The only reason I would ever come back to this location is because of someone like her!"

"Room were clean, only had one night when we didn’t get our room cleaned and replenished but I think it was the language barrier with housekeeping. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff was great very helpful! They had turkey sausage and options for non pork eaters! Overall great experience for my family."
