"I appreciated being offered when we checked in to choose which floor are room was on."

"Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area."

Rooms were good, except ours had a faint odor of Raid bug spray, which unfortunately was the strongest right behind the bed. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Just be ready at check-in for them to charge your credit card (refundable) $50 for "incidentals","

"We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. "The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"

"A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice."
