We stayed in the Grand View Room, which was both refreshing and breathtaking. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and eager to assist—especially Eden and Fasika, whom I interacted with the most during my stay. They made us feel genuinely welcomed, like part of the family. The food was another highlight. I especially enjoyed the Asa Dulet, and the variety of fresh fruit juices was amazing.
