"I had booked and paid for our room online, and chose a regular room with a king bed. When we got there it was around 9pm and the front desk clerk said there were no available rooms so she was going to give us a slight upgrade to a studio king with a wheelchair accessible shower (which i didn’t mind). "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was my first but definitely won’t be the last. The lovely gentlemen working on the afternoon and evening of June 20th were super friendly and gave A+ customer service. The room was spotless and with the weather being humid the air conditioning was also too notch. The coolness of the room was extremely inviting and much appreciated after being outside all evening. The location was perfect and near so many restaurants and shopping areas. Cannot wait to come back...

"This property is under construction. Nothing was open. The "lobby" is a make sift desk in the hallway. Dirty, unprofessional, no gym or lobby area."

"I have never left a review like this, but I would not encourage anyone to stay here. Nothing you see in the picture is real. There is no pool, no hot tub, no exercise room or treadmill- all of the reasons we chose this location were nonexistent. My daughter bought a Reese's and the guy tried to charge her $6 thinking she wouldn't know any better. She immediately said 'no, your sign says $2,' oh yes, I'm sorry. "The hotel was picked as it was close to the mall and particularly Kidzania. Literally just crossed Dillard's parking lot and had access to a great mall with several stores and attractions. The room as clean, the staff @ front desk was extremely friendly and with great recommendations. Our room was clean, had big fridge, dishwasher, TV, 2 complimentary waters. If ever in Dallas will be back!"
