"The hotel is very new and therefore in really good shape. The sound insulation is good, which we could tell despite it being a quiet period for occupancy at the hotel. The cleaning staff are very helpful and accommodating should you need them. The sustainability aims of the hotel in not automatically cleaning your room unless you request it is I think a very smart idea, needless cleans aggravate me! The location of the hotel is convenient and the area is a nice one at this time of year (Spring). The bakery downstairs is great, although I'm not keen on their coffee (but that's me being a coffee snob!). The hub / reception is very relaxed and has some food and drink that can be purchased should it be needed. We appreciated the ability to buy pasta and sauce from. There on the first night as we got it later than expected and were hungry! We did ask for a replacement light bulb for the lower bunk bed and were told this would be dealt with the next day. It wasn't. We didn't follow up as it wasn't essential, but they are very relaxed so if you need something done, you'll need to be a little bit more proactive/persistent about it. The kitchen was good but lacks an oven, there was only a hob and microwave. An oven would be ideal. Is what it is! All in all, a very comfortable stay in a new city for us. We would happily stay there again."

"We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The location is one of its biggest strengths — it’s an easy walk from the main train station and close to the city center. The neighborhood is ethnically diverse but felt completely safe at all hours. Having a Lidl right next door was incredibly convenient for quick groceries or snacks. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with our room on the first day, but once I mentioned it, the team addressed it promptly and professionally. The only real downside was that the room could have been cleaned a bit better before our arrival. After that initial day, though, everything was fine. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning since it was included in our room rate. It was good and had enough variety, but I wouldn’t personally pay the €27 per person if it weren’t included. We also tried the hotel restaurant for dinner one evening, and that was a standout experience — excellent food, great service, smaller portions, and definitely on the pricier side, but worth it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The combination of location, staff, and convenience made it a solid choice for our trip."

"I would have given 5* but there is major building works opposite the hotel and whilst they can’t control this aspect it should be mentioned. Also we asked for a quiet room on a high floor and were given a room on the first floor above the garage door which you could hear opening and closing at all hours. That said the hotel is clean nice decor friendly staff and good location so still 4*"

"Staff was kind enough to change our room to off the street, which is very loud. All the rooms were unique, creative and quirky. Bed comfortable, thick towels, hot showers. Superficially very ckan, but tiles, etc., could be deep scrubbed. Convenient to train station."
