It was a very pleasant hotel, a short walk to the msin square and plenty of restaurants and sightseeing. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, the hotel is modern with everything you could need. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful! This location is perfect to serve as a home base and is only about a 20 minute walk from the train station.

Gorgeous hotel in fantastic location. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, would have preferred an extra pillow, there was a pillow menu but not clear if there was an additional cost for that. Lovely bath but shower sprayed everywhere. Just a couple of niggles in an otherwise wonderful stay.

We loved our brief stay here! The staff was so helpful and kind. It has an underground parking lot which was very helpful. We left so early that we missed breakfast, and they were kind enough to make us sandwiches and other thoughtful items to take with us when we departed! Lovely hotel, a lovely area, lovely people.

Staff at front desk & restaurant couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. We stayed for a wedding (wonderful food & venue on 1st floor) so our immediate family had 3 rooms. All very clean & spacious. The front desk helped with several requests & called for a taxi at 5am on our way home. Another plus for us was many of the staff we spoke to were excellent with English.

Staff were terrific - front desk very helpful including 2x daily parking deck navigation. Breakfast buffet had an excellent variety (sweet cheese crepes were a fav). Stayed in single bed room - bed was comfy and room very quiet - slept great. Shower offered plenty of hot water and pressure. Only constructive comment would be that the air conditioning may have struggled a bit and the carpet could use a little updating. Excellent location in old town.

There was an issue with a breaker for a couple A/C units in the building. They’d trip. A front desk employee was helpful. He came and reset it. Unfortunately, it tripped again in the middle of the night. Despite that, everything else was great!
