The ideal stay in Wuppertal

Really liked this hotel, I’m so glad I picked it as the alternatives I had looked at in Wuppertal would have been nowhere near as nice or convenient as this one. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for a better location.

The hotel is just enough out of the city center. Easy short walk down but nice and quiet neighbourhood next to the old city hall. Staff is friendly, breakfast is really good, more than enough options. Rooms are roomy and clean. Door locks work a bit different the we are used to, you also need the card to lock your door, that way you won’t forget your keycard.

Wuppertal -surprisingly lovely!

Decided to break our trip across Germany w an overnight in Wuppertal to see the suspended railway, it was an utterly delightful town and the hotel was fabulous with beautiful green views across the town, the room was lovely with some really funky details, a really nice breakfast (with good coffee), super helpful staff and after taking the children swimming in the fabulous municipal pool (€9.5 for family of four) had pretzels and apples in their lobby as a snack! Can't recommend enough!

The hotel was situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance from the city centre, with excellent parking facilities. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good, catering to everyone’s taste. Next time we come to Wuppertal we know where to stay.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer roch bei unserer Ankunft muffig, der Zimmerwechsel wurde dann aber schnell und unkompliziert veranlasst und wir hatten sogar eine schönere Aussicht. Matratzen bequem, nur das Kissen war für mich persönlich viel zu weich. Man wacht nachts auf, weil der Kopf komplett durchgesunken ist. Leider war der Seifenspender in der Dusche leer. Gott sei Dank habe ich immer Shampoo & Duschgel dabei, aber das darf so nicht sein. Es war bei unserer Ankunft auch nur jeweils ein Hand- und Badetuch im Bad.. Uns wurden dann netterweise direkt frische Tücher gebracht. Lobby klein und gemütlich. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel mit tollem Personal!

Alles in einem alles gut. Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück...allerdings sollte man schon dazu schreiben, das im Hotel selber kein Pool und Wellness Bereich ist...sondern, dass man gegenüber liegenden Schwimmbad kostenlos mitbenutzen kann!!!

Gute Adresse für einen Wochenendtrip

Zentrale Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit, ggfs. 6,60 Tagesgebühr für das Parken. Geräumiges Businesszimmer, große Auswahl beim Frühstück - allerdings lauter und trubeliger Frühstücksraum. Schwimmbad ist nicht im Hotel sondern in einem Nebengebäude und steht nur von 10.00 - 16.00 zur Verfügung. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal.
