"The room was clean and big, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel was right near the highway and close to town. The staff were friendly and helpful."
"This completely refurbished motel is one of our favorites. The staff are warm and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, the continental breakfast is satisfying, and the motel is serious about safety. All this at a competitive price.
All the amenities are there - fridge, microwave, good WIFI, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, lotion. There's little touches, like wash cloths folded in a fan, an alarm with extra power and USB outlets. Included in the breakfast are: cereals, hot waffle maker, toaster, breads, bagles, sweet rolls, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, milk, cream cheese, jellies, half and half, flavored creamers, regular and decaf coffee, hot tea, cocoa.
Up to two dogs are welcome, for a fee. Cats? No cats!
The main line of the Union Pacific railroad is across the street, and trains rumble past, but I guess the sound proofing is good enough that they aren't noticable.
The motel sits right by the intersection of I-25 and I-80. Access to the interstate highways is immediate. There are good restaurants nearby, including an excellent Mexican restaurant, Tres Amigos."
"The hotel itself was under construction on one wing. Not that big of deal. I checked in early, which was nice. My room wasn't bad, I thought the bathroom was strange as it appeared to be a handicap bathroom, no bathtub all tile floor, again, odd but not that big of a deal. I wasn't a fan of the ROKU tv just because I wanted to watch some local stuff at times, but again, I dealt with it. I was in this hotel for 4 nights,, not once did I have anyone show up to clean the room, I had to find someone to get trash bags for my trashcans, as they overflowed on 2 of the 4 days, but I saw hospitality go into the room next to mine 2 days in a row. I heard them knock on the doors of the rooms around me but still no one came to my room, which was odd. It was a quiet hotel, the breakfast was good."
"Our stay here was interesting, the rooms were clean and that is always my main focus. But when we got to our room the toilet wouldn't stop running and there were no towels. We were traveling with a group and both other rooms either had an AC unit that could rival a diesel truck and the other could almost pull out the faucets from the wall in the shower... Other then that it was a nice hotel and the breakfast was really good."
