Nice hotel with great location

We enjoyed staying in this hotel for 5 nights. Room was spacious, clean, and with cigarette odor. We had requested a non-smoking room. The hotel serves excellent breakfasts, 7-9 am, with Chinese and western foods. The hotel staffs at the front desk and in the dining room are quite friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very good experience staying in this Days Inn City Centre Xi'an.

Hotel agradável proximo a estação de metro.

Hotel bem agradavel com atendimento de qualidade. Boa localização proximo ao centro da cidade e perto da estação de metro. Café da manhã diferenciado com frutas, geleia, pão e ovos mexidos ou fritos na hora.

Worth it for the location

FANTASTIC location and super clean, but they need to work on their customer service...they have a few English-speaking staff, but when I called from my room, the staff hung up on me instead of transferring me to an English-speaking colleague. Hotellet låg bra till med promenadavsatånd till det mesta centralt. Mkt trevlig personal på ett lite slitet hotell, men klart prisvärt. Svart gott kaffe till frukost gick bra att få.

The hotel is a little bit run down but the staff is phenomenal. And wow to their breakfast - just outstanding. The main problem is that taxis do not want to take you there from the train station because it is pretty close - well close is relative when you have no idea where you are. Once I knew the way it is close.

Lo bueno de este hotel, su ubicación.

La ubicación es muy buena, sin embargo las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, lucen muy viejas, pareciera que falta limpieza y la cama no es nada que de un buen descanso. El personal del hotel habla muy poco ingles o nulo. Cuando intentamos preguntar por algún dato turístico ni el intento de ayudar hicieron. Tenía una agencia de viajes que te vende tours en ingles a los guerreros de terracota, sin embargo la persona que atendía tampoco hablaba inglés.

Nice clean rooms and good location.

Nice, clean room and big bathroom. Hard bed. Lacked toilet paper everyday, which was annoying. Booked twin beds online but got queen bed when I arrived and they were not able to give me a room with twin beds as all rooms were booked. Breakfast buffet is okay and has some western food. Location is close to most attractions in Xi'an, however it was difficult to find as google shows the wrong spot.

Started bumpy but ended good

We arrived very early in the morning, around 5:00 am. The front desk person spoke no English. We ended up with a not real nice room with 3 beds. Then instead of breakfast for two days, our passes were only for the second day. I called a Chinese friend to help me. In the end, we were provided breakfast for both nights of our stay, and moved to a room as requested with a king size bed and even much nicer.

Hotel assez bien situé, dans l'enceinte de la ville. Chambre assez spacieuse et propre, avec équipements basiques. Décoration simple, limite kitch. Bonnes prestations dans l'ensemble.

I recommend this hotel

It was a very nice hotel at a place with a lot of stores around. Just one block from a subway station. It has the name of "Days Inn", but it's way better than the Days Inn I'm familiar with back in the States. Room size was huge; bath room was clean; the lighting and other setups were like one of those 4 or 5 star hotels in the States. The included breakfast had a variety of good food. And the hotels.com price was only a fraction of the "walk-in" prices as listed at their check in desk.

酒店位于西安市中心，离钟楼很近，步行6－8分钟即可到达。酒店卫生条件好，服务员态度好，值得推荐！另外，在此网站上预订还收到赠送的咖啡，有点小惊喜！

A good hotel central in side xian city walls. close to all the historical attractions. The rail station that is a drop off and pick up for the airport shuttle and the bus service to the terracotta army is a steady 15 min walk away you do have to pay approximately £20 refundable deposit on arrival

We had a tour guide who picked us up at Train Station and she is the one who made sure our rooms were on the same floor. The language barrier was therefore covered by that. The beds are very hard and low to the ground. This is not the expectation for most North Americans, the rooms have been updated and are very comfortable.

"aha , ok"

We visited two time this same hotel during our trip. First we have room on street side and traffic sounds was so loud all day night, that it was impossible to sleep. Second time our room was up and inside. Then it was ok. Personnel don't speak English and agree something or ask advise is useless. Last day we order breakfast on room 6:30, we have to leave to airport 7:00 without breakfast and cashier didn't even understand when we complain it. "aha ok, aha ok" but it wasn't ok for us. Location near bell and drum-tower is good
